Lurabus house
Uncover a breathtaking property situated above the shoreline, mere steps away from a lovely sandy beach. Set within 150 acres of pristine land, this tranquil getaway provides the ideal escape. Although access via a rugged track road (best suited for a 4x4 or larger vehicle), it can still reached with a smaller car. You'll find plenty of parking available at the entrance for your ease.
This detached single-store property features off-street parking and increased accessibility, Enjoy cosy evenings by the open fire and family-friendly amenities like a cot and highchair. With modern conveniences, including a washing machine and dishwasher, your stay will be comfortable.
Please note, we have a no pets and no smoking policy.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a utility/boot room equipped with laundry facilities, ideal for storing outdoor clothing and equipment.
​The dining / kitchen is thoughtfully designed along two walls, with an additional island unit separating it from the dining area. The dining table is strategically placed near the glass doors leading to the decking, ensuring uninterrupted views of the stunning seascape.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The sitting room, accessible via three steps, features a stylish corner fireplace with a wood-burning stove and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open to a secure balcony area. The views extend to the lighthouse and across the inlet to Port Ellen, which offers pubs and shops.

The accommodation is all on one level and includes three bedrooms with zip link beds that can be configured as either doubles or twins. Each bedroom is equipped with en suite shower facilities featuring showers and doors leading to the decking. The versatile layout of the accommodation is suitable for various party configurations, making Lurabus a truly unique and exceptional retreat.​
